Sacramental Sparkle
Sparkling Sacramental WineSparkling wine, also known as Champagne if it comes from the Champagne region of France, is well known as a celebratory wine invoke visions of weddings and blessings, birthdays and holidays – however it is equally as good as an everyday sipping wine as an aperitif too. Made from the classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Sacramental Sparkle wine is a wonderful and complex addition to your wine repertoire. Our Sacramental Sparkle is dry and crisp with aromas and flavors of green apples and lemons with just a hint of apricots, pineapples and toast. Our Sacramental Sparkle is made in the traditional method – called Methode Champenois – which produces a sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles – the benchmark of quality. Because sparkling wines are dry and bubbly, it is best to serve them well chilled.
Sacramental Sparkle is great with oysters, clams, mussels and sushi, soft white cheeses and fresh berries! Sparkling wines also work well with many egg dishes too, making them a perfect accompaniment to brunches featuring classics like Eggs Benedict. Another thing to do is to add a splash of Sacramental Sparkle in a champagne glass filled with fresh-squeezed orange juice – called a mimosa, or add some fresh peach puree to your mimosa to have a beautiful Bellini... for a truly delicious and refreshing beverage. |
