Our Sacramental Raspberry Sparkle – a new look at what can be done with sparkling wine methods - is a delightfully off-dry and berry-packed sparkling wine with excellent balance. It is perfect if you want something a little different; something with bold floral and fruity aromas and flavors for their celebrations. Made from 100% raspberries, this wine is a beautiful bright crimson color which shouts out celebration time! Our Sacramental Raspberry Sparkle is just off-dry – which means a tiny bit of sweetness – though not enough to make you think it is a sweet wine - but it's also crisp and refreshing loaded with the bright flavors of freshly harvested sun-ripened raspberries. Our Sacramental Raspberry Sparkle is made in the traditional method – called Methode Champenois – which produces a sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles – the benchmark of quality. Because sparkling wines are bubbly, it is best to serve them well chilled.
