Return Policy
Unfortunately due to state laws, you may not ship sacramental wine other than through UPS or FedEx without a state-issued license to do so. Consequently, we are required to not allow any self-ship returns on sacramental wine. We suggest that you talk to your local FedEx or UPS agent to negotiate shipping. If you have further questions please contact the church.
We do not accept returns initiated past 10 days from the ship date. If the wine you receive has problems in which the wine is "corked" also known as infected with cork-taint, or is otherwise flawed from a winemaking perpective (these are the only reasons we can accept returns), do not pour the wine out. We do not accept empty bottles for return. Do your best to replace the cork and seal the bottle.
To qualify for a return, simply contact us within 10 days from the ship date. We must receive your item back within 15 days of when your request was made. Shipping and handling refunds may be processed via check or credit card, at our discretion. Please allow 14 days for processing of your refund.
For your protection, all returns must be sent back by a traceable carrier in the original shipping materials they came in. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. We will reimburse your credit card for the handling cost, minus the original shipping cost.
