Dessert Wine
Dessert wines come from so many places around the globe that it is hard to characterize them all as just dessert wines. Sauterne, Port, ice wines (eisweins), beerenauslese, trockenbeerenauslese, Madiera, late-harvest wines, Tokaji, Monbazillac, Recioto di Valpolicella, Pedro Ximénez, Vin Santo, Ausbruch, Banyuls, Maury, Grasa de Cotnari, Sciachetrà , Muscats from various places - all of these are dessert wines that have a special place in the wine world.
While we don't offer any dessert wines - we have not gone through the process of having any vineyards designated and blessed for the production of ice wine as a Sacramental wine, we may do so in the future.
